Author, illustrator, and award-winning actor and filmmaker, Maxwell DiMarco has been writing professionally since he was a child. DiMarco lives in the Pacific Northwest, where he hosts the weekly children's show, Seriously Cereal, and volunteers as a special effects editor and illustrator for an arts-focused nonprofit. Exploring the darker aspects of society and archetypes through physical and psychological horror, he has also contributed stories to every volume of the acclaimed horror anthology Unnerving, with his debut novel, Moral Myiasis, culminating as an opus that reworks the destructive tropes of science fiction, anime, and manga. DiMarco is an ardent believer in community, inclusion, and seeing the world from divergent perspectives, always striving to provide his readers with thought-provoking narratives, no matter the genre.
